Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IQ200, a match analysis product operated by Stojit Solutions ("Stojit Solutions", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using IQ200, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

IQ200 is an AI-assisted analysis and information tool for football (and, over time, other sports) matches. It reads match data, statistics and context you provide, and returns a structured verdict with a confidence score and explanation. IQ200 is an analytical and educational tool only.

IQ200 does not accept wagers, does not process bets, is not a bookmaker, and does not facilitate gambling of any kind. Verdicts, confidence scores and explanations produced by IQ200 are informational opinions generated by an AI model based on the data supplied; they are not guarantees of any sporting outcome. You are solely responsible for how you use this information, and for complying with any laws applicable to you, including any local restrictions on sports betting or gambling-adjacent tools.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use IQ200. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

IQ200 is offered under free and paid subscription plans with monthly analysis quotas. We may change plan pricing, quotas or features with reasonable notice. Where payments are enabled, billing terms will be presented at checkout and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree not to:

• Use IQ200 for any unlawful purpose, including operating or promoting unlicensed gambling.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Circumvent quota limits, security controls or access restrictions.
• Resell or redistribute IQ200 outputs as a standalone commercial product without our consent.

Analyses are generated using large language models and the data you and IQ200 supply. Outputs may contain errors, omissions or outdated information, and should be treated as one input among many, not as professional, financial or betting advice. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any verdict for any particular purpose.

IQ200, its branding, knowledge base, and underlying software are owned by Stojit Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the match data and screenshots you submit, and grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.

IQ200 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stojit Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, IQ200, including any decisions made in reliance on an analysis.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or pose a security risk. You may stop using IQ200 and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of IQ200 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
